These Terms govern your use of offoverdrive.com (the "Site").

1. Acceptance

By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site

offoverdrive.com is an informational landing page for the iOS app Vaken, developed by Dan Kristoffer Holmstad / HolmstadIT.

The Site does not sell, host, or distribute the Vaken app. The app is sold and distributed by Apple through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms.

3. Not Medical Advice

Important: Vaken and the content on this Site are NOT a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. They are wellness tools, not medical devices.

If you are in mental health crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. In Denmark: 112 (emergency) or Livslinien on 70 201 201.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, design, and the "Vaken" name, is owned by HolmstadIT and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content without our written permission.

5. App Purchases

Any purchase of Vaken (including the premium upgrade) is a transaction between you and Apple Inc. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled by Apple under their terms.

6. Email and Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law:

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law (for example, in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or for mandatory consumer rights).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Danish courts, with the Court of Copenhagen as the venue of first instance.

If you are a consumer in another EU country, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under EU consumer protection rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
